You know how the New York State Lottery says “All you need is a dollar and a dream.”  as part of their Ad campaign?  Well, NOW, All you need is the dream.  My Dollar, Your Dream!

Okay, so here’s how it works, in New York State there are 4 weekly drawings that we will be concerned with here.  The first takes place every Wednesday and Saturday and that’s the New York State Lottery, the second is the multi-state MEGA MILLIONS drawings that take place on Tuesday and Friday.  I am going to buy one ticket for each of these drawings in advance of the drawing.  I will scan in the ticket with a watermark and it will become  a blog entry.  From the moment it’s posted until 1 hour prior to drawing you can post as many MANUAL comments to the blog that you like, and if any prize is won on that ticket in excess of $600.00, I will split the winnings with the person who posted the most manually entered comments to the particular corresponding blog.
